📜 AD SERVICES — RULES & TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing, purchasing from, selling through, or otherwise using AdServices, you agree to follow these Rules and Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services or completing a purchase.

🛡️ SERVER RULES

1. Be Respectful

Treat all members, customers, sellers, and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, excessive toxicity, or targeted abuse will not be tolerated.

2. No Scamming or Fraud

Scamming, fraud, impersonation, fake middleman services, payment manipulation, or intentionally misleading another user is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent blacklist.

3. No Spam or Flooding

Do not spam messages, reactions, mentions, tickets, or advertisements. Keep conversations relevant and avoid intentionally disrupting the server.

4. No Unauthorized Advertising

Advertising other services, servers, products, or businesses without staff permission is prohibited. This includes unsolicited DMs or promotional messages.

5. Keep Transactions Legitimate

Do not attempt to manipulate reviews, orders, payment systems, stock systems, or other AdServices features.

6. Appropriate Content Only

Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited products and services are not permitted. Content must also comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

7. Use the Correct Channels

Please use the appropriate channels for questions, support, advertisements, transactions, reviews, and other content.

8. Follow Staff Instructions

Staff may take action when necessary to protect the community or platform. Do not intentionally evade moderation actions or repeatedly argue moderation decisions.

9. No Impersonation

Impersonating AdServices staff, sellers, partners, or other members is strictly prohibited.

10. Follow Discord's Rules

All members must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using our Discord server.

🛒 PURCHASING TERMS

1. Read Before Purchasing

Customers are responsible for reading the complete product description, requirements, limitations, delivery method, and any additional information before purchasing.

2. Orders Are Final

Unless a product specifically states otherwise, purchases are considered final once completed. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable product policy and the circumstances of the order.

3. Product Description

Products will be provided according to the description displayed at the time of purchase. If you have questions about a product, ask before purchasing.

4. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock availability, order volume, or manual processing requirements. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to complete an order. AdServices is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Digital Products

Digital products may be delivered automatically or manually depending on the product. Once delivery has occurred, the order may be considered fulfilled according to the product's individual policy.

💳 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

1. Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted through the designated support system and must include the order information and a clear explanation of the issue.

2. Invalid Refund Claims

Refunds may be denied when an order has been correctly delivered, the customer has violated the applicable rules, or the issue is caused by circumstances outside the seller's responsibility.

3. Product-Specific Policies

4. Unauthorized Chargebacks

5. Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order, contact support with proof of the duplicate transaction.

🔧 SUPPORT & REPLACEMENTS

1. Contact Support First

If you experience a problem with an order, contact support before opening a payment dispute.

2. Proof of Issue

Depending on the product, customers may be required to provide screenshots, screen recordings, order information, or other relevant evidence so the issue can be investigated.

3. Reasonable Troubleshooting

Customers may be required to follow reasonable troubleshooting instructions before a replacement, refund, or other resolution is provided.

4. Replacement Policy

If a product qualifies for a replacement, the replacement will generally be limited to the original product or an equivalent solution.

5. False Claims

Submitting manipulated screenshots, edited recordings, fake evidence, or knowingly false information may result in denial of support and a permanent blacklist.

🏪 SELLER POLICIES

1. Accurate Listings

Sellers must accurately describe their products and services. Misleading descriptions, fake claims, or intentionally omitted important information are prohibited.

2. Product Delivery

Sellers are responsible for delivering what was advertised and for fulfilling orders within the stated timeframe whenever reasonably possible.

3. Seller Conduct

Sellers must communicate professionally with customers and may not harass, threaten, deceive, or manipulate customers.

4. Prohibited Products

AdServices may remove products or services that violate applicable laws, platform policies, payment-provider requirements, or AdServices policies.

5. Seller Accountability

AdServices reserves the right to investigate complaints involving sellers and take appropriate action when necessary.

🤝 MIDDLEMAN POLICY

1. Mutual Agreement

If a middleman service is offered, both parties must agree to use the middleman before the transaction begins.

2. Official Middlemen

Only individuals officially recognized by AdServices should be treated as authorized AdServices middlemen.

3. Impersonation

Never send funds or products to someone claiming to be a middleman without verifying their identity through the appropriate official channel.

4. Responsibility

AdServices is not responsible for transactions conducted through unauthorized individuals claiming to be middlemen.

🔐 ACCOUNT & SECURITY

1. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping their account information, order information, and login credentials secure.

2. Unauthorized Access

Report suspected unauthorized access or suspicious activity to staff as soon as possible.

3. Never Share Sensitive Information

Do not publicly post passwords, payment information, authentication codes, private keys, or other sensitive information.

⚠️ PRODUCT & SERVICE RISK

1. Third-Party Services

Certain products may depend on third-party platforms or services. Changes, restrictions, outages, or enforcement actions by those platforms may affect the product.

2. Account Restrictions

AdServices cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will never suspend, restrict, terminate, or otherwise affect an account or service.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for understanding the potential risks and requirements associated with a product before purchasing it.

4. No Guarantee Beyond Listing

Unless a warranty or guarantee is explicitly stated in the product listing, products are provided according to the conditions stated in their respective descriptions.

🚫 BLACKLIST POLICY

AdServices may restrict or permanently blacklist users who engage in activities including, but not limited to:

• Scamming or fraud
• Fraudulent chargebacks
• Fake or manipulated evidence
• Payment abuse
• Impersonation
• Repeated rule violations
• Harassment or threats
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate the store
• Evading previous bans or restrictions
• Abuse of support or refund systems

A blacklist may prevent a user from purchasing, selling, accessing services, or participating in the community.

⚖️ DISPUTES

1. Contact Support

Customers should contact AdServices support before escalating a transaction dispute whenever possible.

2. Evidence

All parties involved in a dispute may be asked to provide relevant order information, screenshots, recordings, or other evidence.
