- /ticket-panel — Send the middleman ticket panel to a channel

🔍 How It Works
1. Admin sends the ticket panel with /ticket-panel
2. User opens a ticket and enters the other party's User ID
3. Both users select Buyer or Seller roles
4. Seller enters the deal amount in USD
5. Bot generates a unique LTC wallet and displays a QR code
6. Bot monitors the wallet in real time for incoming payments
7. Once confirmed, buyer clicks Release to send funds to seller
8. Either party can request a Refund — requires mutual confirmation
